Deep dive into logged-in user behavior to identify your most loyal and high-intent shoppers. This section isolates metrics generated exclusively by registered customers who have active accounts on your store.
1. Navigating the Customers Table
The data table displayed under this tab gives you complete visibility into individual customer choices and active wishlist sizing.
- User Email: Displays the verified email address of the registered shopper (e.g., raja.dotmagic@gmail.com) for direct profile mapping.
- Last Wishlisted: Provides a precise timestamp showing the exact date and time the customer last added an item or interacted with their wishlist.
- Total Wishlisted: Tracks the absolute number of active products currently saved inside that specific customer's profile folder.
- Wishlisted Product: Features an interactive "Show Product" button utility. Clicking this button launches a detailed breakdown showing the exact line items that this customer has saved.
2. Global Table Controls
- Active Tab Selection: Ensure that the Customer Activity tab is highlighted at the top to access these specific user rows.
- Search Bar: Use the "Searching all customers" input field to look up a specific user instantly by typing their email address.
- Date Range Picker: Filter user interactions across precise marketing cycles using the calendar toggle widget on the right.
- Pagination: Use the bottom navigation arrows to flip through your customer activity database records cleanly.
