6. Fees & Payments

fee. Pricing details will be listed on the Shopify App Store listing for each app.
All payments are processed through Shopify's billing system. By installing a paid app, you
authorize Shopify to charge your account according to the plan selected.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to software,
logos, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Xavier Apps.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written
consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be
error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xavier Apps shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from the use of the App.
- Any issues caused by third-party services (including Shopify).
